    in the e mail it says we got a 'special voucher' for you, if you click on this it brings up a page saying about voucher printer setup the last line of the message says'don't have a printer?' click on this & it brings up a form to fill in with your details name,address etc then just click on the green box 'post to me' and thats it :) hope this helps
