You will never win with soolin. He hasn't seen the light. Still thinks it never rains in ebay towers!!
'She' just accepts that 99p listings are to be used sensibly, so many people get hooked on the 'free' listing over and over again of absolute rubbish.

One persons "absolute rubbish" is another persons gem.
I have had people who were overjoyed to find a particular postcard of their home village from the 1920s, and ecstatic to find it for 99p.0 -

Quite agreee. It is a market place for all kinds. There are even shops which sell stuff for no more than £1.00 - and these are huge companies. eg Poundland, 99p shop
