We have been invited to a BBQ on Sunday, i'd like to take something with us any suggestion, its going to be fish and meat, cant do potato salad as its in Germany and thats there speciality, the dessert already sorted. Thanks

Delia's piedmont peppers are great and easy to prepare. I like making them the day before and serving them at room temperature, just sprinkle with fresh basil at the last minute.

Pineapple salsa - basically just chop pinapple (fresh is good, but tinned works if you drain off the juice), red onions, fresh chilli, fresh coriander and salt and pepper. If you can leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours that helps the flavour.
Lovely with either fish or burgers0
