Re-mortgage Advice

Hi Guys,
I'm due to finish my 3 year fixed term in 4 weeks, currently with MAS5.
I'd ideally like to get on another fixed term ASAP.
The only thing is, I took the originally mortgage out with my ex, he will be removed and I want it in my own name, however I dont know if I'll get it.
I've made all the mortgage payments myself as he left, its £132,000 - £735pm. I've never missed a payment. However due to being left with debt and a high mortgage I'm on a DMP (£15k) and now have 2 defaults but have never missed any payments. I have 2 jobs and earn approx £35k in total.
I bought the house for £146k and its now worth £175k.
What are my chances of getting a mortgage on my own?

Slim. Suspect you will have to stay where you are.
Perhaps see a whole of market broker, with your credit record, to check for other options.0
