Top cashback tracking

Has anyone had problems with cashback on Top cashback not tracking recently? I have used the site for a while, the majority used to track fine with just the odd one I needed to put in a manual claim for, now it's the other way around and the majority don't track.
I have tested the tracking using the tester on the site and it's fine, I'm still getting an odd retailer that tracks so I don't think it's a problem at my end, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
I'm having to put in a manual claim for most transactions now and most don't seem to be getting completed so I'm missing quite a lot of cashback now. It's a shame as it seems to be one of the best cashback sites around.

I currently have 3 open commission claims including one dated back to june 2009. I dont think the issue is topcashback, I suspect there are a few retailers who don't always honour their agreements and decline transactions. I have had valid transactions that originally tracked correctly later declined for no reason.
We (and topcashback) have no way to force payment even if we can prove the claim is genuine, all you can do is keep track of any purchases you make and submit the claim is needed, then wait (often for a very long time).
Send topcashback a nudge once per month.
Hope you get your cashback eventually0 -
It does seem to be the same retailers who do track so maybe the problem is with certain retailers. I made a furniture purchase a while ago and the cashback didn't track, I have submitted a claim but as it's for a decent amount I don't expect the retailer is going to work too hard to resolve it.
I know the cashback isn't guaranteed, but if retailers don't honour it I think they should be removed from the site.0
