Are there any free workout music downloads? Upbeat music to help you work out?

Perhaps someone will be able to give you the link but there was a free download of workout music from the food people SUBWAY on here not that long ago. Hope this helps.

There are hundreds (possibly thousands!) of free music podcasts on iTunes. AFAIK you can use them on MP3 players other than iPods? There is so much variety that I came to the conclusion my iPhone would pay for itself as I'd never have to buy any more music for training!! :rotfl:

Some podcasts come with voiceovers for running (0-5K, 0-10K). Also podcasts which are beat counted so ideal for aerobics or similar (search BPM, Podrunner, Motion Traxx). If you like dance you will know Nucleuz records (trance, hard dance, hardcore) and a load of psychedelic trance. If you are into Detroit techno (try Techno Sweat) and funky house plenty of that too.

Lucozade used to do some but that was a while back... Hydroactive workout it was called.
