Birmingham Midshires - Consent to let?

Options
Hello
I'm wondering if anyone has a mortgage with Birmingham Midshires and has checked to see if they offer consent to let. I have checked online but nothing online.
We currently have a mortgage with them but are looking to move to a bigger house and would prefer to keep our current property until the prices hopefully increase.
Anyone help on this?

Thanks

best to phone them and ask them. i think they specialise in buy to let so will probably want you to go down that route, but no one can answer the question but them. tell them its just an enquiry and not final as your looking to explore your options.

Cheers for info so far but was looking to see if anyone had previuosly dealt with them before ringing.
Regarding price fall we are looking to do this for possibly 24 months so yas, as with most things, there always risk involved.
