Looking for offers on cider

Me and the OH are going camping for the weekend next friday....and will be taking a few drinks along with us :beer:

Does anyone know anywhere that has good offers on cider? Preferably Magners or Bulmers, or anything similar.

We have seen asda have the 4 pack of cans 2 for £7, just need to work out which is going to be the cheapest.

Also seen in Makro that they have a pack of 12 pint bottles for £11.99 +VAT...the Oh wants me to work it out per ml for which is going to be the cheapest lol!!!

Are the bulmers bottles in asda the pint bottles?

asda were selling 12 cans for £5 on tuesday I think they were magners. was going to buy them just for the bargain factor but not much of one if we dont drink it!

Yes, you know the bottles they usually sell in a box in a pack of 8? its those ones, they are usually £11 in a box, but I bought 8 and refilled the box I had at home lol and it only cost £8

Do you want me to check the mls on the bottle, ok just looked and there is 568mls in a bottle

Thanks, i have worked out that with the offer the cans work out costing £1.75 per litre and the bottles £1.76 per litre, so we will just get whatever they have in.....still looking at other places tho

How about this:

Westons Organic Draught Vintage Cider (3L), on offer at £4.98 in Tesco. It's a wine box style so you can just top your glass up as you go along. It's a lovely cider, much better than Bulmers or Magners if you like real ciders (obviously taste is personal preference but Magners is a bit sweet and for want of a better word "generic").

Don't forget it's 7.3% so a little goes a very long way
