Appears that code won't work unless you spend £12 min. I just tried to use it with buying something for 75p and said i needed to spend at least £11.25 more to qualify for the free bag.0

Yes you are right - sorry - I missed out that most important piece of information. It does involve a minimum spend of £12.
It said it on the other side of the card away from the main write up about it and I never thought to read that, although I did read the Terms & Conditions, which is where that sort of information ought to be put!!
Nice bag full of goodies if you were going to spend at least £12 anyway
