Help with my debts

Hi guys i don't know if you can help but i have around £10.000 debt with different cards and loads Im with a debt management company that iv been using for around 1 year but my debt does not seem to be going any lower my credit score is low around 500 so very poor and my job does not pay very well. the debt came from a load for a car when i was 18 stupid. i have a new family now and really struggling so cope with the stress of the debt can anybody please please help

    Try contacting the National debt helpline. Their aim is to help you and not to profit from your plight. If it is any consolation ten thousand pounds is not that much money to owe by modern standards. All the best.

    Which debt management company are you using? If they're charging you for the service then you need to get rid asap and go to a free one.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Apart from the advice given about not paying for dmp etc. If you post up a statement of affairs (sticky on first page) the clever people on here can make suggestions as to how you can trim your outgoings to help you repay debts faster.

    Thanks for getting back to me so soon. Im with debt Stop direct its cost me £30 a month for the plan. my debt are £7000 hsbc load and that includes personal protection insurance. also Barclay credit card £2000 Plus visa vanquish £250 and also Capital One for £250 and Hsbc for £500 it seems to never end. and cant seem to find any one to help consolidate my debt to make repayments easer. Do you have a details of the free debt management companies that would help so much. i feel that im tied down and have no were to go for help and me and my partner always argue about money. So grateful for any advice and help thanks you

    It gives listings for CCCS, National Debtline, Christians Against Poverty etc.

    Hi guys iv rang national debt help line and they suggested eather goin bankrupt or starting my own debt managment with the lenders im not so good with any paper work and is easly misled. could you please give me you advice and all the matters please. i was in the armed forces when i opened my loan and was sold ppi and beleve i was miss sold it. is there any companys that will follow my ppi claim when im with a debt management company with out costing an arm and a leg. please please help many thanks
