Hi all,
Sorry if this is else where, also sorry as its probably a really stupid question....
But as the above says what happens when they close your bank account?
We have a natwest Step account which the OR has no interest in, its not been closed yet by Natwest. I'm not getting on too well with the Co-op so wanted to start using Natwest again, if in a few weeks/months they want to close it what happens to any money left in it? do i get it back or do they keep it?
Thanks
P x

Well it's your money surely so you will get it back??Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0

You should take out the money before it is closed, otherwise you'll be waiting a while for them to send you a cheque.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
Que sera, sera.

I agree if they close the account they will send you the money by cheque and it will take a while.
Take out the money but leave enough to cover any DDs or transactions before closure or they will charge you.
