Filled in forms friday morning online. Went to court yesterday paperwork checked. In and out in 20min. Went back today expecting to see the judge. Name shouted out told to go back downstairs to were I went yesterday. Given brankruptcy number and copy of paperwork I had took in. Told to expect phone call later today. At court for 9-30 time told to be there for. Out of court for 9-45.
Just walked in the house 2 hours later and court phoned. Have my OR phone interview next thursday 29th. Asked which bank account benefits go into and which account I wanted to keep. Told him about a lump sum I will be getting soon from dwp and told I will be more then likely able to keep it. And that was it.
Just got to worry about the wife having a major operation next week now and the phone call but that is the least worry.

Pleased it all went ok for you and the court day is over.
As you said the interview is the least of your worries with what your wife is facing, I hope it all goes smoothly for her.
Best of luck to you both.0 -
