converting Tesco vouchers

Sorry if this has been discussed before but can you tell me if if I can change Teaco clubcard vocuhers sent to someone else into my name? My mum never uses hers

Yes and No. Depends what you want to use them for.

You cannot have Tesco change them and post them to someone else. Your Mum would have to change them into the deal you wanted (See lower point) and post them to you when she recieves them.

The point - some of the deals tokens have printed names on that are not changeable - ie, MFI or any holidays ones - they will have your Mums name on and you should not be able to use them. (unless you have exactly the same first/surname)

I say *should* as some MFI's will take different named vouchers, but check with the one you want to buy from first. Any holidays are a definate No-No, unless your Mum was to come with you.

Things like Days out tokens do not come with names on. You need to check the Tesco Website or the Deals token brochure - it states in those which deals are printed with your name on.
