This only says 'winner will be contacted'. So sounds like not everyone will receive it.

Perhaps they are trying to cover themselves as it says they have thousands to give away - maybe they are afraid hundreds of thousands of MSEs may start applying for them?!

Good question, It says register for your free lip balm. Only after you signed up does it mentioned anything about winning.
