Using a teatowel as a splash guard with Kenwood chefs?

HI, Is a b***er isn't it when most of the contents fly out of the Kenwood.
I used to have that problem but i now use the tea-towel thing, what you are
supposed to do is, wrap the tea-towel or what i now use is a piece of cloth which is much larger than a tea-towel. sort of around the machine, abit like when your cuddling a child or just having a cuddle.Wrap your tea-towel / cloth around your machine from the front and cuddle your machine.
If that makes any sense to you. then switch on...... and get some strange looks from OH or any one looking in your window.

I kind of drape it over the front end of the machine, then do the cuddly bit, but at the same time holding the sides together at the back of the bowl (ie between the bowl and the main body of the machine.) You have to be careful to keep it away from the k-beater!
    hope that makes sense!
