Can anybody help on renewal of mortgage?
I am with the nationwide at the moment and looking to get the best deal
with any lender over 3-5 years.
Prefer a mortgage without penalties for extra or early repayments.

Your not on the Nationwide SVR of 2.5% are you ?
I am with YBS on a 5 year fixed offset and can offset up to 100%
They have some good fixed deals at the moment First direct also do offset mortgages and Barclays0
