Problems dealing with Egg

Hi everyone I am new I have 2 egg cards £5,000 on each card and I am having problems meeting min repayments because of reduction in hours at work I have written and informed Egg of this letter and made an offer to pay reduced amount by recorded delivery of course and sent off CCA letter but they keep calling all the time and sending out standard letters and I seem to be getting nowhere please help!

I started a DMP this month and they are on my list of creditors- I'm getting the same! I think the standard letters are generated automatically while they are processing what you have sent them. When did you send them? It might take a couple of weeks to calm down.0

Ae egg your only unsecured creditor? what are you doing at the moment with regards payment? If you have made your offer then cancel the dd and actually start paying the offered amount.
When you did the CCA request did you use a template letter from here and enclose the £1 fee?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
