mfi vouchers / TESCO POINTS where u stand on refund

just bought some out of mfi for 260.00 and used 210.00 mfi vouchers
and rest cash , but 2 weeks to delivery hve changed my mind about the item
where do i stand on refund?
i called em and 1st person said you will just lose vouchers, can have 50.00 cash , well i aint happy with that

Tell them to get a grip...when you ordered they should have given you a sheet re paying with clubcard points.
basically, if you cancel you are entitled to your points back. speak to clubcard if MFI are being funny about it.0
