Small Pointing Job

Hi,

The mortar has started to fall out of the first couple of brick courses at the bottom of my red brick house in East Belfast (you know where there is a bevelled brick and the bottom two layers sit out slightly?). A couple of the bevelled bricks have been damaged and would need replaced with hopefully a reclaimed brick of the same type. It's only at the front and one side, so it probably wouldn't be that big a job. I've always been scared to get any pointing done in the past because you see some horrendous messes as you walk round the streets.
So, anyone have a recommendation for someone who would do a careful (ie not just enlarging the gaps to be all the same, but rather replacing what's there) and good, but reasonably priced job? Any idea how much roughly?
A leaflet came through the door yesterday for "the pointer brothers" who do this, but I know nothing about them and would rather go by recommendation and reputation.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated,

Thanks,
Steve.
