BTL Mortgage Deals

I am look for mortgage product for a 75% BTL mortgage.
What's the best deals out there? Fixed if Poss and low Fees.
The best I can find is 5.50% Fixed 2Yrs and £1650 Fee
Does that sound good?

The best rate may not be the one you are eligible for though - especially after taking into account the rental calculation.
Do you know if you fit the rental calculation criteria on that product? I spoke to the lender today and she seemed ok with it, mortgage is 100,000 at 75% with rental of about 675-725pm
I know there are better rates at lower LTVs but i am looking at 75% ones0 -

I have spoke to two, one with the EA and he couldn't even come close to that deal, and a local one he found the same rate but with brooker fee of 5000
