I rememeber just a few years ago they were free! Used to walk to college in Glasgow and get offered them right, left and centre

they are still free for some places, just not glasgow it seems.

I sent off for an Edinburgh snapfax last year and the cheeky beggars only put a first class stamp on it, so it cost me a trip to the local delivery office, £1.50 + excess postage on top of the £1 or whatever it cost to purchase. If there had been a return address on it I would have refused to pay!

Also, their website last year had no obvious way to contact them to complain. I was hopping mad for about 10 minutes.

Thats not so good.... Although they do seem to be getting more professional as a company as the years go on....
