I had a catalogue about 2 years ago which has now gone into default because i ordered items to the sum of £2000 for a family member who only made a few payments and then stopped paying. Before this happend i used to pay on time every month. I also had something called extra care advantage on the account which covered the items incase of damage. I never claimed on anything so does anyone know if its possible i could claim back the extra money i had to pay for the cover??
