Lexmark catridges are expensive.
You may want to try refills if you cant find copies from the likes of Print Rite etc

I found a specialist cartridge refill shop near me. I also have a Lexmark printer and they can do a refill there and then for me for £9.99. Since I pass the shop often, I might as well get it done there... The shop is in Ealing, West Londonk, for those who are interested.

Hello darwin290

Welcome to the MSE site.

I'll move your thread over to the 'Consumables' board, where it should get more views and responses.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email !!!!!!.

• Be wary of some non-OEM cartridges; some may seem much cheaper but have much less ink in them.
I just bought some Canon items from Amazon much cheaper than I could find for the same volume content on the high street.
• Thanks for the replies. I also had a look at the Lexmark thread. With my printer (P 915) i am not entireley sure what cartridges i should be getting. Could someone please tell me whether it should be a straight forward colour and black cartridges or should i purchase a photo ink cartridge. Lexmar dont seem to have made it clear in my manual!
