Yes their customer service is not ideal.
We had an underwater camera from them once which turned out not to be waterproof and they were totally disinterested and most unhelpful - however, I think this would be a fair evener of the scores.

NO but theres nothing wrong with fantasising about it for a while, the worlds too full of bad stuff, a little light relief is a good thing, and for me if it did turn up i'd feel like i just won a rollover jackpot, right now i feel like i have 5 numbers and im just waiting for the 6th.
