Anyone use HSBC for their mortgage?

Hi everyone,
I'm at the end of my fixed deal with Yorkshire Building Society.
They are wanting £995 in fees to go on a BOE + 1.99% tracker for 2 years.
But, my bank - the HSBC are doing a BOE + 1.99% for £99 which lasts forever.
I'd stick with YBS if it weren't for the fact that in 2 years I'll be having to pay over another bunch of charges to setup another deal.
Anyone else used HSBC? There are some pretty ropey reviews on reviewcentre.com, but I guess people only go on the internet reviews to moan about stuff.

What does your YBS mortgage revert to at the end of the fix?
SVR at 4.99% or some sort of tracker deal like I have with them BOE +0.75( but with a 3% collar)0 -
