Trust Fund included in mortgage calculation?

Hi there

I was wondering if anyone knows of any mortgage companies that include a monthly trust income as part of their calculations?

I get a regular income that is more secure than any job but a lot of companies do not seem to accept this. I am hoping that there is a company out there that does as it really will make a huge different to the amount that I can borrow to buy my next house which I need before I can have a family!

any advice would be great,
thanks

Trust income is normally considered as additional/secondary.

A distribution from a trust can be made up of both income earnt and an element of capital. So there is not necessarily a guarantee that the income can be maintained indefinately.

Maybe you should lower your expectations and climb the property ladder in smaller rungs. Using your additional income to repay your capital debt quicker.
