Can you change your Independant Financial Advisor if you are unhappy with the advice you are given. Is it possible to arrange an annuity yourself without having to incur problems with your IFA

I'm sure you can "sack" your IFA when ever you feel like it and look for an annuity for yourself. Good luckI am a Chartered Financial Planner

Some providers on annuities will only deal with IFAs and not the public directly. There are some major providers you would miss out on including a couple that are frequently at the top for best rates.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0
