Hi All
We have quiet a bit of equity in the house we live in but we are wanting to move sell it,pay the dmp totally off and buy another house does anyone know any mortgage advise??Would we get another mortgage??If so who with which banks/building s doesmortgages for people like us????/Help please!!!!:(

If you did what you want to, how much would you be borrowing and what would the new property value be?0 -
we owe £35,000 DMP and currently pay £850 pm to them,house valued at £125,000 if we got £115,000 (hoping) owe 52,000 on mortgage no other debts,looking for a house at around £150,000 husband earns £28,000 per yr n i earn £17,000 per year, not too sure if we would get a mortgage with anyone????0
