I used the contact bit on their facebook page voltz live and rob arnold sorted it out and sent me 12 bottles

I haven't received mine yet either. I've just tried replying to the WEM that I received. I haven't had a bounceback yet, but perhaps it might take a while. I don't use facebook, so can't try contacting them on there.

I have emailed and left a message on their Facebook site. in my email I've said I feel like they've obtained my information with the promise of something that will never materialise. so we'll see what happens but I'm not holding my breath
