Transfer of Equity problems

Back in February I contacted my solicitor as my wife and I are getting divorced. I would like to keep the house and my wife is agreeable to this. My solicitor wrote to the Alliance and Leicester who forwarded me a pamphlet which I had to fill in to receive an application form for Transfer of equity into my name. Countless phone calls and letters from my solicitor and still I have not received the application form. I phoned again today and was told they had just received the pamphlet on the 15th of April when I was told the last time I called they had received it on the 15th of March. Unsure of what I can do. Please help

Conversion to Santander is causing all sorts of grief for A&L customers. Workload, merging systems, staff getting shunted round the country etc.
