I have a Northern Rock mortgage with £66,000 remaining on the outstanding balance including redemption. I currently rent this property out as i have a new home. I have recieved an offer of £50,000 for the property £16,000 short of the redemtion figure.
What are my choices?
I want to be out of the mortgage but dont want to end up paying for years on end to clear the debts.
