Re-morgaging to another lenders SVR?

Can it be done?
e.g. I am with HSBC - their SVR is about 3.9%. LTSB have an SVR of 2.5%. Can you re-finance to another lenders SVR rate, with presumably no fees and tie in?

Nope, no lender (AFAIK) offers remos on to their SVRs currently.0

However you could possibly remortgage on to a two year tracker (at 3.99%) with LTSB and at the end of two years you'd revert to their SVR.
BUT chasing an SVR isn't always a good idea as has been seen with many other lenders there is no guarantee it will stay low!
