I have tried mine and nothing seems to happen. Took me a little while to work out the charging cable was in the controller, but even after 'charging' it for a while nothing happened!

I would offer this word of caution to anyone saving it as a gift for someone!! :eek:

Thanks to the original poster, ordered 2x Post It notes , and some pens. Arrived with the RC car which my girlfriend cant keep her hands off , and the coffee machine which I've yet to try.

Yeah it took me a while to figure out where the charging cable was too! But it works fine after being charged with the cable. Make sure 3x AA batteries are in the controller, and when you connect the wire a red light should come on, and it will go out when its charged (takes about 5 min or less the first time)
