Bailiff threat

Hi
Please ring Herbie21.
If you tell her which borough, she can tell you which court.
it sounds like you need to file an Out of time notice (think that is what it is called) to get the court action overturned.
But given the situation you need to know if the documents from the bailiff allow them to break in now, or if they have to go back to court to get agreement to use a locksmith.
No-one here is sufficiently expert to tell you what the situation is.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Thanks. I went on the bailiffadvice website and the bailiff and company aren't listed as registered. I will contact Herbie21.
Thanks0
