Brill news about my bank charges

Hi Guys
The postmans just been and im wearing the biggest smile ever.
Ive been reclaiming my bank charges and one for Studio cards and gifts
I have sent them a single letter and hey presto not a cheque but £180 of guft vouchers through my letter box. Yes id have prefered a cheque but thats all my xmas pressies paid for and it only took a single letter.
Finders crossed that the other responces are the same.
So if Studio is on any of your lists to claim from do it they put up no fight at all

Id like to thanks every one of you for all of your help and support over the last year or so.

Your all like family to me and I really do feel when I read some of your posts.
