Looking for a independant mortgage broker

after following the posts here reading all the good advice offered, i want to take the plunge into the minefield, that is to re-mortgage ones house.

Please could I have some recomendations for a Independant whole of market mortgage broker operating oop North, Bathgate and Livingstone area Scotland.

looking to remortgage ASAP.

Sorry I'm not in Scotland but I think there's a broker who posts on here who is quite far up in the North East. You best bet is to ask around friends family and colleagues for a personal recommendation. If that isn't possible try two or three brokers out on a no ties basis and see which one you feel most comfortable with. Sorry can't be of more help than that but someone might come along soon who can assist.

do you needto see a broker face to face or would you be happy dealing with them over the phone? if so there are some larger companies recommended by the site owner such as http://www.lcplc.co.uk/
