Managed to make a payment today which was the 1st for over a week. £26.20 today, leaving £374.16 to find.

It is quite hard again. We had a huge credit card bill of £900 as it had some DIY stuff and the holiday spends which were about £200 for eating out. We have the guys doing the bathroom in, so not as much chance for ebay and mystery shopping. I am also fighting temptation. I bought new weighing scales and a shower squegee for the new bathroom. I am also wanting new towels as we have never bought any. I then keep looking at the landing curtains which the old lady who lived here 6 years ago left us and they look so shabby, as does the landing/hallway and stairs.

Then the centre parks booklet came, and it is showing the new cabins they are building which look gorgeous. So tempting to book one for next summer.

But, i will try to resist for the time being at least and stick to my goals. At least until i earn some vouchers from elsewhere. ;)

30 days to go. Still a little hill to climb. We'll get there though. :D

No unfortunately :( it was £1039 ish when I started and it's at £742.70 now as there's been interest added at the statement and there will be more next statement but at least it's making a huge dent in it :)

This thread has given me the impetus to carry on too even when the challenge is over or while waiting for the next one :)
