Evansangel - you're right, Martin did mention them in his emails - especially last summer because they had really good prices on hayfever treatments. I imagine a lot of the problem was that they just weren't geared up to coping with that level of demand, but lots of people from here had bad CS experiences with them. This was the thread I mentioned. I only know about it because I was thinking about buying hayfever stuff from them myself at the time. And I think I posted on that thread to say that, imo, mentions in Martin's emails should not be based solely on price, but customer service as well... But they may well have improved since then
Don't want to be a downer on what is a cracking deal, just want peeps to be aware

Damn, got this email from them today having ordered a bunch:
"Product not discontinued but we can not source the item... The following item is currently out of stock. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. We have removed this item from your order and have issued a refund to your account."
