    i received my new phone today ;-) Does anyone know if i should be able to register existing payg orange sim with the new phone and claim the £10 cash back ?
    Re jamster my claim didnt show via topcashback but put a claim in and its now due to be paid @ end of june

    How do I get the £10 on this.. I tried going on the registering site, but it said number not recognised when I entered the IMEI number??

    Once you put the sim, type *#06# which gives you IMEI number. You will also get the text msg confirming your mobile number which you will need will registering.
    I have a problem for your solution

    Yes you can. Just call Orange on 0800 079 0006 (office hours only) and tell them your old phone no., new phone no. and IMEI of new handset.

    Yes, I got the IMEI off the box, and entered it here http://www.simregister.co.uk/home.aspx

    ...but it doesn't work, and my balance is still 1p... is there any other way I can register, and what details do I have to give?

  • Thankyou for great find. Goit phone, sturggled to get the £10 airtime but thanks to this site realised that I had to register IMEI. The £10 credit went on immediately.
