I am thinking of giving this site a go to sell my house. Apparently it is totally free to use. Has anyone used it yet? Also, I have found Greenhouse which will do a HIPS for £270.25. Has anyone used this firm or can anyone find this cheaper?

Not spam! Was thinking about using it but I have read the comments from this site. Have been quoted 1% from an EA, getting another 2 quotes next week so will prob go with one of them.0

Not use it myself but may stick my house on it when it comes to selling for some more exposure, along with an EA though.Squish0

I've put our house on it.... didnt see any harm in using it as well as EA. its actually quite good, I think. I like the bit about what makes your house special to you and you can add in some commentary. Just needs some advertising and PR behind it I think as I hadnt heard of it till someone mentioned it on here.0
