Couch Query

We purchased a new couch from argos in either Oct/Nov 2005 and the material has started to wear away. This surely is not right? Would we be entitled to ask argos to swap it for a new one or one at the equivalent price that we bought it at.

It says on the Argos website that if you have a faulty product then they will repair it or if thats not possible replace or refund....within 1 year of purchase. So be quick ..contact Argos..state product is faulty as it is reasonably expected that a couch will last longer than 10 months before showing excessive wear.I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes
