Remortgaging over 2 different terms

Hi
Our current mortgage term expires in 5 years, but we would like to borrow another £30,000 as a remortgage for an extension to our current home. Is it possible to have 2 different mortgages on the same property i.e. £65,000 over 5 years (current mortgage), and another £30,000 over 10 years?
Thanks
