Collaborating with others on online business

Hi,
I'm the kind of person that loves working hard even away from work and my main skills lie in software development/web development. My design skills are fairly useless however, my main strengths lie in making things work rather than making things look nice.
I sometimes think it would be a good idea to combine forces with someone that is able to do the design stuff and also someone with a good idea to form a business that way.
Do you know if there are any good sites for connecting with like minded entrepreneurial people who want to earn a lot more than what their full time job gives them?
