Maybe there are fewer folks going BR at the moment?

I`ve been under the radar the last couple of weeks as trying to recover from the BR & OR interview but today I have started to feel as bit more human.

I am pleased with my 8 months... tbh the drink was messing my head up a bit....all part of trying to get my life together & the drink was a massive part of the depression I think. I love my lime cordial & sparking water....even got a slice of lime in it tonight plus getting loads of water intake too !

Anyone seen Phil recently? Bet the youngster is growing quickly!

true - maybe there was a surge before the April fee increase, or post Christmas?

glad you're starting to feel a bit better. i know where you are coming from with the drink, my dad had a breakdown and went into hospital just over 5 years ago - he hasn't touched a drop since. i'm so proud of him. my brother was following in his footsteps, and has managed a year drink free. i am very proud of him too - it's like my brother is back. having seen how drink can mess a person's head up i'm not interested in drinking, and don't like seeing drunk people, but that's just me

i've not seen phil for a few days...incredibly busy and worn out i expect! x

angie - i am so proud of you - when i got upset I ate chocolate and I'm talking 2 - 3 bigs bags day plus a few standard size bars. It took me 8 months to lose 3 stone and 2 months to put it back on!
I know I've got some tonight but this is the first time in about 3 weeks and this weekend has a lot of stress!

If - glad your washing is done i put my in the washer and forgot to turn it on
