err...went on steroids as my asthma was bad last week and i've felt dreadful ever since, sore head, dizzy, can't sleep etc - finished them yesterday so was hoping things would settle down today, but not so far

My grandma hated steroids when she was poorly with her asthma. I remember her not pulling round for a wee while when she'd had them. Serious stuff I suppose, no wonder you're feeling rotten. Sorry, I didn't know *cwap fwend!*
