That's the thing ifwishes.. I can write a load of emotional stuff but the actual facts I'm hopeless with, I suppose we all have our uses. Has the place been hit by trolls much while I've been away?

Yes but you do help so many, and you need to believe your own advise.....be your best friend, if that makes sense!!
