    i've found food in the fridge that isn't mine

    i've just text my cousin to see its its hers, shes the only other person with a key

    go over to the old style board and tell them what you have and they will tell you how to make a meal and a dessert out of that ! :D

    Soup - base for a stew or a curry or pasta sauce probably

    Yoghurt - mix it with fresh fruit

    she's lost 6 stone in 2 years but she is now taking this diet to far
