Good luck with your tribunal And hopefully the judge will see common sense and not just a big abacus with the button stuck on the plus button like the csa seem to use my situation is similar but not as severe as that and my tribunal is next week

Just to add there isn't 34k profit in my home, bought it for £185k interest only and now valued at approx £200k but wife owns 50% and put down more deposit than me so, don't know what hope to achieve, I also in an IVA in my name only for my personal circs, just managed to save things, as know CSA do not take any personal debt into consideration, but surely if Judge at Tribunal aware that I nearly lost family home anyway year and half ago, then how on Earth can I be earning the figures they have incorrectly assessed me as. They say I earn £497 per week profit, hardly , I carefor 4 children part-time, I work 3 days and business so slow taking rubbish jobs just just to scratch an earning of approx £700/800ish per month, do you think they interested they still want to take everything from me, even though I AM paying weekly CS
