A little frustrating that they dont reply to their emails.
Is it Secret Sales that you are referring to? If so, when you say you've e-mailed them, have you sent them a message from their website? Just that I've always received a response from them when contacting them this way and very quickly too (either same day or following day usually).0 -

Oh. That is strange then. As I say, I've always had a response, even when I'm cancelling an order before its been dispatched (which I've done quite a few times).0 -

To anyone who bought the cutlery sets which worked out £3.50 a set: Has anyone's gone rusty in the dishwasher already ????? Mine have only been washed once or twice and they have rust spots. Yes, they were cheap, but they have 'Luminarc' on the back (reputable company ?) so shouldn't rust ! Couldn't believe it.
i got the same set as you, and the quality of this cutlery is really laughable , oh well it only cost me £3.50
planning to use it once then throw away0 -

My set has been ok so far, though I don't have dishwasher. I wouldn't say it was the quality you would expect from Luminarc although I wasn't expecting much tbh. It doesn't seem as strong as usual but no sharp edges which is what I've found with a previous cutlery 'bargain' but I expect to get quite bit of use from it.'Yaze whit yeh hive an ye'll niver wahnt'

Well i finally recieved my items, and i agree that the quality is NOT up to the RRP.
On a similar note i ordered some trainers from the k-swiss sale and used £20 worth of refferals vouchers to pay towards the cost, leaving me £30 to pay, i ordered them on the 28th april , they were due to be here on the 17th May but only arrived today the 26th, and they are the wrong colour, they sent me black instead of white, and they are not up to the quality i expeted as my DF is a big k-swiss addict and he says these are 2nds. (we saw better fakes at the bazaar in turkey)
Im sending them back but at my own expense, black trainers are no good to DF.
I wont be buying anything from them again their delivery times are ridiculous. They dont actually buy the stock in until, that particular sale has finished, and according to them, what held my trainers despatch up, was that their supplier had trouble getting them sent to secret sales, did they apologise, no. Just told me to be patient, that was after waiting 96 hours for a response to an email that they said would be answered within 24 hours.
Im not normally one to moan, I usually take stff like this on the chin, chalk it up to experience, and move on but this has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. So i just wanted to warn others of it.:TIs thankful to those who have shared their :T

If what they've sent you doesn't match what you ordered, then you should not incur the cost of return - it's breach of contract. E-mail them (again) and tell them you are returning them and why, and request that the cost of return postage be reimbursed. Whenever I've had to do this, whilst I don't always get an e-mail agreeing that they'll reimburse the postage, I have received a cheque in the post to cover it (twice now), so they've dealt with it.0 -
I ordered 3 items with the £10 off £30 voucher and my first item, an ice jewellry necklace came yesterday. Very pleased with it and I can't wait to wear it!
Just waiting for a ring (the large turquoise one from the Indian designer who is really based in NYC - looked it up before ordering!) and some make-up/foundation.
What a shame regarding the cutlery and the shoes...never had a problem with them and I've been shopping there (perhaps a bit too much!) since they started.
On another note I noticed they took the clearance section off....boo hoo!0 -

Agreed. Any problems I've had have always been resolved to my satisfaction (although I do have an issue to take up with them now - I ordered a set of four mugs, when they arrived, two of them were broken, I e-mailed them to advise them of this and they have responded to say that as two of the four were broken, they will refund me half the price I paid! Never heard anything so ridiculous. I'm sure the intended recipient of the set will rest assured knowing that I only paid half price for two broken and two OK mugs- won't be accepting that proposal!)
