Where to buy protective BMX clothing for kids?

Can anyone tell me where I can buy protective clothing for kids while BMXing, please. Halfords website seem only to sell the lightweight layers but wanted something with some sort of built in armour (to prtect him for when he inevitably comes off).
Surely there must be something around for kids when doing these sports? He is only 6 so it needs to be tiny. I am not sure on where to start looking other than eBay but wanted to have him try it on first.
Thanks.
